Welcome to **Showerhacks**! By registering for or attending Showerhacks, you agree to the following Terms of Service:

You must be 18 years or older (or have parental consent if under 18) to participate. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

## 2. Code of Conduct

Showerhacks is a welcoming and inclusive event. You agree to:

* Treat all participants, mentors, organizers, and sponsors with respect.
* Follow all event rules, venue policies, and local laws.
* Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior.

Organizers may remove anyone who violates these rules without refund or compensation.

## 3. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of anything you create at Showerhacks. By participating, you grant Showerhacks and its sponsors a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, promote, and share your project for marketing, educational, and archival purposes.

## 4. Privacy

By registering, you agree that your contact information (name, email, etc.) may be shared with Showerhacks organizers and sponsors for event-related communications, networking, and promotional opportunities. Your information will not be sold to unrelated third parties.

## 5. Liability

You participate at your own risk. Showerhacks and its organizers are not responsible for any personal injury, lost or stolen property, or damages that may occur during the event.

## 6. Changes & Termination

Organizers may update these terms or make changes to the event (including schedule, location, or prizes) as necessary. Any updates will be communicated promptly.
